I'm off on a new adventure for the foreseeable future. This means Blind Betty Creative can't take on new clients, and will only be able to offer very limited capacity to past clients. It's been hard for me to have these conversations with so many of you over the past many months! But I am excited for the work I am doing now and the team I get to work with.

My role with OrgHealth extends far beyond design, into strategy and systems and thought leadership—all of which is exactly what I've been longing to stretch into more at this point in my career. And having worked with many, many leaders through Blind Betty Creative, it's made me hungry to see the corporate world continue to shift, and for leaders to get the support they need in far more ways than just design.
